ScanDex on foldables

Open the phone. The binder opens with it.

A foldable's inner screen is nearly square, and a binder spread is two pages side by side. The hinge is the spine.

We're laying ScanDex out for book-style phones: iPhone Duo, Galaxy Z Fold, Pixel Fold. Here's what that looks like.

Coming soonPreviews of planned layouts, not a shipped app. Every number here is an example.

Scan and price, split

Camera on one half. The price, with its sources, on the other.

Hold the card up to the left half. The right half shows the price, the range, and the sales behind it, and it follows the card as you move it.

Tabletop mode

Half folded on the table, it's a card-show counter.

The top half faces the other collector: your trade list's code and both totals. The bottom half is yours. The balance bar runs across the hinge, so you both see the same number.

Market at a glance

The list on the left. The card you tapped on the right.

Hot cards down one side, and the one you picked across the other: its price over the past 90 days and the sales that made it. Past only. We don't tell you what to do.

Collection value

One line, the full width of the screen.

Your collection's value runs across both halves, hinge and all. This week's movers sit beside it. Up means up, down means down, and each one keeps its source.

Cover screen

Closed, it's a price check.

The outer screen shows one card, one price and how many sales it came from. Open the phone for the sources.

These are previews of layouts we're planning for foldable phones, not a shipped app. Every price, total and value on this page is an example. Prices in ScanDex are estimates and keep their source and date. Nothing here is buy, sell or hold advice.
