Questions
- Do I need an account to start?
- Yes, a free account. Sign up with your email; it takes a minute.
- What does Premium do?
- Deal Hunter watches eBay for the cards you set. It checks each listing against the price range, and emails you when a listing matches your rules. You choose the filters and quiet hours.
- How do the free trial and billing work?
- Premium is not open for checkout yet, so no trial is running and nothing is charged. When checkout opens, the trial and the price are shown before you pay.
- How do I cancel?
- Settings, then Plan, then Cancel. It takes one click. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Your saved watches stay, but Deal Hunter turns off.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 14 days of your first charge. Ask us, or cancel and email us. Apple purchases are refunded by Apple.
- Is tax added?
- Tax is added at checkout where the law requires it. The total is shown before you pay.
- Is my collection private?
- Yes. A new collection is private. In Settings you choose public, friends only, or private.
- Are prices and grades accurate?
- Prices are estimates from named sources, and each one shows its date. Grade estimates are labelled estimates, not guarantees.
- Who is ScanDex?
- ScanDex is an independent app. It is not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Bandai, Konami, TCGplayer, eBay or PSA.
- Do you earn money from eBay links?
- Sometimes. When you buy through a link marked "Affiliate link", we may earn a commission. It doesn't change the price you pay.
